Do you feel like there are thousands of unspoken words you want to release from your mind? Do you hear the sound of lovely words coming from poems, or the story plots that moan in your mind? If you do feel those things, then you know where you should go. A Writer's Quill is a forum community for writers to post or publish their works here. Not only writers but readers are also needed. Readers can review writings, make opinions, or rate stories. A Writer's Quill is opened for any writers. From Novelist, Authors, Poet, Script Writer, to Fanficcer (Fanfiction Writer). So, are you one of them? Do you feel the inspirations moan in your mind? Then what are you waiting for? Your inspirations are waiting to be released and a Writer's Quill is the right place for it. Attention Please! You need to be at least 13 years old to join this community. If you're a writer and want to post writings here, you have to register as a member first and be sure to read this first. And since this is a writing forum, this site keeps lots of people's works. So members and guests, please DO NOT steal the writers' works!. Those works belong to the writers and they have spent their time making them.	Forum Updates As you all can see, I've deleted the application desk board. So now, all new members and writers don't need to fill the form out in order to write here. It means you can free submit your stories here. Anyway, we're currently in need of staffs. So if you'd like to apply to be part of us, PM the admin (it's me) and convince me why you should be part of AWQ staff.

.....I just registered at your site today. It
(the site) looks like it's off to a good start.

.....I have completed a novella called "Darknes"; and a novel called "Calderas". I'm currently working on a story that will probably end up being a novellette called "Fugue."

.....I figure that after one or two more practice stories I'll be ready to try something seriously intended to be published.

.....My style is a little Robert E Howard; a little Hunter S Thompson; some Edgar Rice Burroughs--and everything Christian friendly--though most of it doesn't comfortably fit into the "Christian Fiction" genre.

.....Some day soon, I intend to do a vampire story as Christian Fiction--as an ultimate tour de force.

.....Well anyway, I'll test the water, and post the first couple chapters of "Fugue." If they are well recieved, then I'll post some more.

.....Oh, by the way--I am an Artist. While facing a serious dry spell in my creativity, I turned to writing. Writing is a sort of compulsion that takes me away from my painting--but I haven't felt inspired to paint for some time.

.....I'd tried writing longhand, on and off, for decades. Never could get past the first couple pages. I mean, I've spent sixteen hours scribbling, used over three hundred sheets of paper; and never got beyond the second page.

.....I'm an extremely left-brained right hander. When I made the commitment to learn how to type; I decided to learn the one-handed method, left handed--for no particular concious reason.

.....My left hand has turned out to be a pretty good writer--if I do say so myself. How bizzarre!

Welcome! We seem abit...quiet around here lately,but it's no big deal. I know what you mean about writing longhand - I tried it too and found typing to be much less painful on the hand. Look forward to reading your stuff!
